Raw Mango Pickle/आम का कुच्चा

There are hundreds of mango recipes we try in mango season. Aam ka Kucha Achar/ Instant mango pickle is one of them. Follow the recipe and do try it in your kitchen.

Ingredients:

2 raw peeled & shredded Mangoes

2 tbsp crushed ginger, garlic, green chilli

1/4 cup mustard oil

1 spoon ajwain

1 spoon salt

1 spoon turmeric powder

1 spoon red chilli powder

Preparation time – 10 minutes 

Total time – 15 minutes

Method:

  1. Get 2 raw Mangoes, peel, and shred.
  2. Get a glass vessel.
  3. Add shredded Mangoes and all the ingredients.
  4. Mix well. 
  5. Instant Mango Pickle is ready to consume. 
  6. Consume it in a week.
  7. Preserve it for a longer time, add more oil, store it in a clean glass jar and leave it in the sun for 2-3 days.
